Can I buy more than one plan together? Yes, you can buy as many health plans as you need, including our lifestyle plans. We advise you to only buy one Chronic Health Plan or Cancer Treatment Plan for yourself, together with one Lifestyle Plan, as most of our Health and Cancer Treatment Plans are interchangeable and holistic, meaning one plan will help with a number of your health conditions. There is no need to buy more than one Health or Cancer Treatment Plan for your own use - the only time you need to buy additional plans is if you want to also purchase one of our other types of plans or if you are buying health plans for other people as well. Never share your health plan or indeed any of our plans with other people, while not only being illegal and against copyright regulations, we also will not know anything about the other person so we have no knowledge of them and what they are following. Our plans are based on fasting, intermittent fasting and restrictive eating, which is a holistic approach for your entire body. We do suggest you also join our Subscription Service and Mentoring Service so that we can keep you up to date with all things wellbeing and to keep motivated! If in doubt, you can always contact us for help or advice.

How long do I follow your plans for? The plan itself will tell you how long to follow it in the schedule within the plan, but typically this is about 4 months for a Chronic Health Plan. For our Cancer Treatment Plans you follow them for as long as you are undergoing your cancer treatment. For our Lifestyle and Weight Loss Plans, you can follow them for as long as you chose or need too, indefinitely if that suits you. Finally, our HIIT Exercise Plan is designed to be followed for as long as you want to exercise, again indefinitely if that suits you. If you have one of more health conditions, then we suggest you follow one of our Chronic Health Plans and then move onto our Maintenance Plan which is a Lifestyle Plan - you can then follow this plan for as long as you like. You do not need to buy multiple Chronic Health Plans for yourself, unless you are buying them also for other people or as a gift. Chose a Chronic Health Plan specific to you health issue or if you have multiple health issues, chose the health condition which you consider the worse or is causing you the most problems. Our Chronic Health Plans are holistic and each plan, although written for a specific health condition, will also help other heath conditions at the same time - that's the benefit of fasting and intermittent fasting - it treats your entire body, not just your specific health problem. This is important, for example you might experience skin problems, but the underlying cause of the skin problems is your digestion - modern medicine typically does not do this it only treats the skin problem, that is why many problems simply never clear up as the root cause of the problem is not being treated by modern medicine, unlike fasting.

Are your plans endorsed by doctors? No, our plans are not specifically endorsed by doctors, however, more and more medical professional are now seeing the benefits of fasting and restrictive eating along side modern medicine. If you join our Subscription Service you will see that most of the research, studies and trials that are now taking place are being run by eminent medical doctors and professionals. It is fair to say that your doctor may or may not support fasting or restrictive eating, but we know the facts stack up for themselves and we think you will too if you join our Subscription Service to have access to all of the research, studies and trials. We advise you to research this area for yourself, that's why we offer our Subscription Service. You can also show your doctor or healthcare professional this site, together with all of the evidence from the research, studies and trials, and you might just convert them! However, many medical doctors and experts do now advocate fasting and restrictive eating and the many health benefits they can bring, but the tide is slowly turning and many are also coming around to this approach.

Will I get side effects or any adverse reactions following your plans? Side effects from fasting or restrictive eating vary from person to person, and the state of your health at the time you fast. You are more likely to get side effects if this is your first fast or early on in your fasting journey – simply the more fasting you do the better shape your body and health will be in, so side effects reduce. You should never experience severe side effects on a fast, only mild conditions like headaches, tiredness, maybe light-headedness, minor stomach upset (diarrhoea, sickness, etc), and similar. You can sometimes get flu-like symptoms for a few days also. However, if you do experience any serious effects, then stop your fast immediately and speak with your doctor, and if urgent go to your hospital straight away.

Do your health plans work or is this just another fad diet? Ultimately you and our other customers will be the judge of that, however, our plans are not a diet, they are a lifestyle change - and fasting certainly is not a fad! The health benefits of fasting and restrictive eating has now been researched extensively and they show a clear benefit, in fact the results of most research, studies and trials have shown benefits that far out way anything modern medication can do. Obviously, the big pharmaceutical companies don’t want you to know that as fasting and restrictive eating is cheap to do and they wont be making any money from you by selling you their drugs! That said, don’t just stop your medication, do this in conjunction with your doctor or healthcare professional at the right time. Fasting and restrictive eating certainly is not another fad, it can genuinely offer life changing benefits to you and your health. However, we would never state miracles, cures, or similar - studies have shown them to happen and many people experience significant benefits, even remission and reversal of their conditions, but we will not and can not state such benefits - we suggest you read the research, studies and trials for yourself and make up your own mind. Please join our Subscription Service for a time to receive the research, studies and trials that have and are being completed in this exciting area, that way you can make your own mind up before committing.

Can't I just do this myself without buying your plans? Yes, you could if you know what to do. However, our plans are very comprehensive so they might just have information that you don’t know about. Also, if you join our Subscription Service, this will give you regular updates and access to our members only blogs, and groups. From experience, being part of a community or group of likeminded people when you undertake fasting or restrictive eating, makes the process easier and you are much more likely to succeed and more importantly continue with this lifestyle change. We also offer a Mentoring Service, and do you know that you are 5 times more likely to succeed if you have a mentor!
