In certain cases, we may request that you provide some of the information identified above in order to obtain specific Products or Services. If you chose not to provide such information you still may be able to use our Web Site but you may be unable to access certain Products or Services. When you register to receive any Products or Services from us or provide information to us in any other manner (e.g., Questionnaire), you agree to provide only true, accurate, current and complete information.
 
If you supply us with wrong or incorrect information and Genesis Natural Healing then suggests a particular Health Plan from your information for you to follow, Genesis Natural Healing is not liable or accountable for you providing incorrect information and the resultant suggestion. We are also not responsible for any refunds due to wrong or incorrect information being supplied to us.
 
Non-Personal Information
We may automatically receive and log certain types of information that cannot be used to identify you (collectively called “Non-Personal Information”) when you visit or interact with our Web Site, Services, Apps or other Products, including: -

Non-Personal Information about your use of our Web Sites is collected through the use of Cookies and Web Beacons: -

2. In addition, third-parties under contract with Genesis Natural Healing may use Cookies or Web Beacons to collect Non-Personal Information about your usage of our Web Sites. These third-party advertising service providers may use this information, on our behalf, to help us deliver advertising on our Web Sites as well as on other sites on the internet based on your browsing activity on our sites. Social Networking Sites
If you chose to use any Social Networking Sites, we may receive Personal Information from such Social Networking Sites, including but not limited to: -

We offer the ability to use certain Social Networking Sites (e.g., Facebook) to facilitate your registration on our Web Sites. We may also use information about your profile and connections such as Social Networking Sites to allow you to share or connect with your friends and contacts on our Web Sites or to personalise your experience.
 
Your decision to use, or share with a Social Networking site when accessing or using our Web Sites is completely voluntary. We are not responsible for compliance with the policies or practices of any Social Networking site. You should ensure that you are comfortable with the information such Social Networking sites may make available to Genesis Natural Healing by reviewing those Social Networking sites Privacy Policies and Terms of Service, and by modifying your privacy settings and preferences on those sites accordingly.
 
Any information we receive from Social Networking sites will be governed by this Privacy Policy.
 
Our Apps
When you download and install our Apps onto your mobile device, we assign a random number to your App installation. This number cannot be used to identify you personally, and we cannot identify you personally unless you chose to become a registered user of our Apps. We use this random number in a manner similar to our use of Cookies as described above. Unlike Cookies, the random number is assigned to your installation of an App itself and not a browser, because Apps do not work through your browser. If you do not want Genesis Natural Healing to use the random number for this purpose for which we use Cookies, please do not use any of our Apps and please use your mobile device browser to access our Web Site or our mobile optimised sites. We do not obtain any information about your mobile device other than the brand, make and model and type of operating software your device uses.
 
Analytics Services
We use third-party analytics providers and products to obtain, compile and analyse information (that may include Personal Information) about how users are using and interacting with our Web Sites. We may provide information (including Personal Information) to these analytics providers for the purpose of obtaining statistics and other information about how users are using and interacting with our Web Sites. These analytics providers may use tracking techniques other than Cookies to recognise your computer or device and/or collect or compile this information. These techniques may be used directly on our Web Sites. We have no responsibility for the technologies, tools or practices of the third-parties that provide analytics products and services to Genesis Natural Healing. Please be aware that your web browser may not permit you to block the use of these techniques.
 
Non-Personal Information Collected by Third-Parties Not Acting on Our Behalf
We work with third-parties to display advertising that reflects the interest and preferences of our users. Sponsors or advertisers on our Web Sites may use their own Cookies, Web Beacons or other online tracking technologies in the banner advertisements served on our Web Sites and in emails, special promotions, daily posts, newsletters or via our Services we send to you. Their advertisements may be displayed on our product site or on other sites that you visit after you visit our Web Sites. Personal Health and Medical Information
In connection with the primary Products and Services offered by Genesis Natural Healing, we will request information from you regarding your health and medication history, together with personal details about your state of health, including statistical measurements. To the extent we collect any personal health and medication information; we will comply with all applicable laws and regulations relating to the privacy and security requirements for such information. Genesis Natural Healing complies with the UK Information Commissioners Office (ICO) regulations 2018 with regard to handling personal data.
 
While we will work to maintain the privacy of all health information that you may provide to Genesis Natural Healing, we are currently not subject to the privacy and security requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) or any other laws applicable to medical professionals and health care provides (or other “covered entities”).
 
This include medical information captured by our AI questionnaire, which is subject to regular change.
 
How We Use Your Information

This is how it works;

Then, using the Non-Personal Information obtained through those Cookies, third-party vendors (e.g., Google) display our Ads specifically tailored to you on third-party Web Sites that you visit. 1. Login to your personal account and uncheck the Subscription Services Unsubscribe button, and you will be removed from the Subscription Service and your bank account will no longer be debited until you check this box again.

 
In addition, if you previously requested that we send you third party promotional offers, you may opt-out of receiving such materials at any time by clicking the Unsubscribe link for Advertising, and we will stop all advertising sent to you until you check this box again.
 
Electronic Communications You Send to Genesis Natural Healing
This Privacy Policy does not apply to information, Content, business information, ideas, concepts or inventions that you send to Genesis Natural Healing by email, text message or other means of electronic communication. If you want to keep Content or business information, ideas, concepts or inventions private or proprietary, do not send them electronically to Genesis Natural Healing.

California law permits those visitors to our Web Sites who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third-parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
