Digestive Disorders Plan

Our Digestive Disorders Plan is a fasting, intermittent fasting and restrictive eating plan to help repair and heal your body from the common causes of Digestive Disorders, trying to address the root cause of the problem and not just the symptoms.

Conditions associated with inflammation of the digestive tract and the organs affected include, but are not limited to: - Gastritis, Crohn’s, Diverticulitis, IBS, IBD, Ulcers, Colitis, Haemorrhoids, Liver, Gallbladder, Pancreas, etc.

The digestive system is a very important part of your body and is critical to your immune system running optimally. A compromised digestive system can have a profound effect on your entire body, causing problems and secondary health conditions throughout your body, which might appear unrelated but very often they are related. Basically, help or resolve one problem can often clear multiple conditions up.

Inflammation plays a critical role in digestion and tackling this inflammation is the best way to try to treat problems with your digestion, weather in the upper gastrointestinal tract or lower gastrointestinal tract.

As we get older, we suffer damage to the cells of our immune system. If the immune system is not allowed to self-repair or if it is overloaded, which is common in our world today, the immune system will naturally produce inflammatory markers.

Whilst many people think of the immune system being there to kill off bacteria and viruses that invade our bodies, which it is, another key role of the immune system is deposing of damaged human cells, including cancer, rogue and mutated cells, and inflammation. This constant amount of low-level inflammation in the body in some people can eventually cause one or more Inflammatory Disorders. These can manifest in you as different and apparently unrelated health problems, including Digestive Disorders. But, they are generally related or at least the root cause is, and our plan tries to address this.

This plan contains information to help you achieve your goals, together with four detailed schedules to follow each day over a 4-month period to achieve the optimum benefits.

Plan Duration

The plan contains four different 28-day schedules which you follow consecutively, so that is 112 days (or nearly 4 months) in total. You can stop at any time if you have achieved your goal or you can repeat schedule 4 several times to extend the plan to continue with the repair and healing.

Plan Intensity

The plan starts off low intensity but ramps up the intensity as you progress through the schedules, especially by the last 28-day schedule. We increase the intensity to maximise the repair and healing of your body, thereby addressing the root cause of your health problems.

Primary Focus

Being holistic, this plan could help to repair and heal your entire body which should not only improve your Digestive Disorder, but any other health problems you have are also likely to benefit.

Secondary Focus

You could experience significant weight loss, especially if you repeat schedule 4. This can be an added benefit for you if you want to lose weight, but if weight loss is not your goal or you do not want to lose weight, then the plan explains how to adjust the schedule to take this into account.

Please note that if you suffer with many chronic health conditions, you only need to follow one of our Chronic Health Plans as fasting is holistic, meaning it helps to heal and repair your whole body, addressing the root cause of health problems. The exception is when you are either undergoing cancer treatment or you would like to follow one of our plans long-term, then you should purchase one of our Cancer Treatment Plans or Lifestyle Plans in addition to this Chronic Health Plan. Certainly we suggest you follow one of our Lifestyle Plans after completing this Chronic Health or a Cancer Treatment Plan.
