Our Personalised Fasting Plan will provide you with a plan, detailing  a 4-month schedule covering the fasting, intermittent fasting and restricted eating you follow to help with your lifestyle and any health conditions you have made us aware of. This service is ideal for someone who would like more of a personalised service on their wellbeing journey. You are in complete control when we deliver this service to you. If you click on the 'Book Now' button, you will be displayed dates and times that we currently have available to book. Simply select the day and time that suits you, then click 'Next' and then enter some details about yourself. We recommend you tick the SMS Reminder check-box - if you do we will then send you a text message reminder of your Consultation 24 hours before it is scheduled to take place. Then simply click 'Book Now' and you will be taken to our secure payment gateway - once you have paid, everything is confirmed and you are all booked in! We are a relatively new company, so our availability for Consultations at the moment is limited and we currently only have them available in the UK time zone. We are more than happy to Consult with clients anywhere in the world, but until we expand into your region you might currently have to schedule the call at an unsocial time for you. However, we are growing quickly, and planning to open further worldwide sites, so we will quickly be expanding the availability and times that will fit your time zone. However, right now our advice is to book early! During this Consultation we will go through any questions you might have, but most of the time will be spent on you telling us all about you, your lifestyle, your health and what your longer term goals and objectives are with regard to your health and longevity. You will have another three 60 minute Consultations, we suggest about 1 month apart but you book these so it is up to you when they take place. After this Consultation, we will create a personalised plan and a number of schedules for you to follow over 4-months - what this looks like will depend on what we find out about you on the call. We will have regular communication throughout the 4-months to answer any questions, provide help or advice, and to keep you motivated and on track. You also get free access to our Subscription Service during the 4 months. We expect you should see some significant improvements with your health, but see this as the start of your journey to a new you!
